Restart Restart Restart.......
My first experience was in Berltiz Language Center as a Network Admin where mostly the issue arise due to unavailability of internet and this is because of Load Shedding, so what to do, what to do......people are waiting for there online test and no internet, than RESTARTED DSL router and all in a sudden packets start moving, up up up everywhere, all LAN nodes start smiling with google homepages.....
......kamyab ho gya........
Now i got a chance to work in an organization where i am an application support engineer for an application (solution provided to MNC), the issue arise when exception start coming in log, what to do what to do, restart the oracle services as well as application services and walla exception is removed, issue is solved mostly 80 percent exceptions are removed by restarting service if not than restart the server, and it will work for u.
Moral
=====
Once you have configured the server end, and whenever there is an issue first solution is RESTART, after that you have to think something out of the box or RESTART again :)

Unemployment and Fresh Graduates
The term Unemployment is normally defined as those who are out of work and actively seeking work, and this epidemic is common all over the world and in pakistan this disease is effecting nations economy badly as most of valuable human resource is wasted every day.
This all starts when a student completes his academic life after graduating from the varsity to explore the practical life and to start a whole new career but the dark side of this dream is that what will happen when he will not get a job...... than what will happen
- Frustration and disappointment
- Crimes
- bla bla bla bla and bla
- Reality shows like American Idol, Indian Idol, Pakistan Idol will start.....
Our educational system is also responsible for increasing unemployment rate among the educated youth. The attitude of our youth towards the choice of a career is unrealistic and unproductive. Rapid mechanization and computer technology also causing unemployment. Things are not handled in appropriate manner as instead of creating more jobs the govt. (due to lack of resources) is doing downsizing in the name of rightsizing. I.T. industry is also trying to sustain themselves in this competative environment as the software houses are doing a good business and creating vast job opportunities to potential candidates but only one sector is not enough to handle this multiheaded monster of Unemployement.
Less Universities but Toooooo much students results tough competition 4 admissions (Medical Colleges is best example) but still the students who succeded in getting admission find it very difficult to get a job after the completion of the degree.
Jobs are disappearing from every sector of the economy, from engineering to health care workers, forcing hundreds of thousands of families into unemployment and low-paying jobs. ( Jerry Costello )
The question is So How to get a job in Pakistan?
Answer> Well you Just have to find a strong reference who will give you startup push and than hip hip hurray!

~ When we’re unemployed, we’re called lazy; when the whites are unemployed it’s called a depression. - ( Jesse Jackson )

Which is better CCNA or MCSE to start with ?
The most common ambiguity among beginners or middle level employees that which cert is the best to start with for better future.
VS
The first choice we make by our will that which cert is we want to do in which we are interested and follow the track, but if we don't make the choice than the choice will make us, Both altogether are different fields from each other and to start we should know our interest, if not than lets see the comparison..
MCSE is based upon Microsoft windows server 2003 which target Microsoft Exchange Server, ISA Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, FTP Server, Web Server, File Server, Print Server, FSMO Roles, Group Policy etc.., these stuff come under system administration/engineer and its scope is little as compared with CCNA, the most important of Microsoft is its TCP/IP protocol stack. But with MCSE will not pay you as much as CCNA will do.
CCNA depend upon administering switches and routers and the topics we target here are Networking Fundamentals, IP addressing, Subnetting, Operating Cisco Devices, Routing Protocols, Routed Protocols, LAN, WAN, Network Security etc... after doing this you should get a post of network engineer of junior network engineer and we will work on layer three mean on routers. Next step is to go for CCNP but with relevant experience because without it getting desired job is difficult. This level pays well and continue with cert hunt till you get CCIE, your ultimate goal to success. CCNA scope is larger than MCSE and CCNA pays well, gone are the days of MCSE. CCNA is the easiest and the starting level of your networking career and hopefully you will not regret it.
According to polls and survey's on various websites and forums it is seen that this track is favored by most CCNA > CCNP > CCIE. Also the combination of both CCNA and MCSE are also favored by most in different forums and in practical life as well.
My say is this that go for CCNA for those who are in doubt of making a decision to start with.
Best of Luck.
