These days every Fresh graduate and job seekers are part of many job websites/portals and they are applying for specific positions through these websites and also through mail(post) but all looks like in vain because the thing which is required is only and only REFERENCE, and if u don not have reference and you are ONLY counting on job portals etc... than job Seekers plz perform these task daily .....
Say prayers five times a day + work hard and never lose hope.. Pass this time with patience and don't become a patient.
This problem is faced by majority of students so guys/gals may God help you in job hunt and keep looking for this extinct creature called ("REFERENCE")...
