Restart Restart Restart.......

My first experience was in Berltiz Language Center as a Network Admin where mostly the issue arise due to unavailability of internet and this is because of Load Shedding, so what to do, what to do......people are waiting for there online test and no internet, than RESTARTED DSL router and all in a sudden packets start moving, up up up everywhere, all LAN nodes start smiling with google homepages.....

Now i got a chance to work in an organization where i am an application support engineer for an application (solution provided to MNC), the issue arise when exception start coming in log, what to do what to do, restart the oracle services as well as application services and walla exception is removed, issue is solved mostly 80 percent exceptions are removed by restarting service if not than restart the server, and it will work for u.

Moral
=====
Once you have configured the server end, and whenever there is an issue first solution is RESTART, after that you have to think something out of the box or RESTART again :)
