Shutdown windows xp using TIMER

Just type shutdown /? in a command prompt for options.

Example: shutdown -s -t 7200 (shutting down in 120 mins)



That will shut down the computer in 120 minutes and force programs to close. You can also make a shortcut to the command prompt and have them on the desktop...

Type 'shutdown -a' in a command prompt to cancel shutdown forcefully in a command prompt to cancel the system shutdown....
