Unemployment and Fresh Graduates

The term Unemployment is normally defined as those who are out of work and actively seeking work, and this epidemic is common all over the world and in pakistan this disease is effecting nations economy badly as most of valuable human resource is wasted every day.


This all starts when a student completes his academic life after graduating from the varsity to explore the practical life and to start a whole new career but the dark side of this dream is that what will happen when he will not get a job...... than what will happen

• Frustration and disappointment
  
• Crimes
  
• bla bla bla bla and bla
  
• Reality shows like American Idol, Indian Idol, Pakistan Idol will start.....

Our educational system is also responsible for increasing unemployment rate among the educated youth. The attitude of our youth towards the choice of a career is unrealistic and unproductive. Rapid mechanization and computer technology also causing unemployment. Things are not handled in appropriate manner as instead of creating more jobs the govt. (due to lack of resources) is doing downsizing in the name of rightsizing. I.T. industry is also trying to sustain themselves in this competative environment as the software houses are doing a good business and creating vast job opportunities to potential candidates but only one sector is not enough to handle this multiheaded monster of Unemployement.

Less Universities but Toooooo much students results tough competition 4 admissions (Medical Colleges is best example) but still the students who succeded in getting admission find it very difficult to get a job after the completion of the degree.

Jobs are disappearing from every sector of the economy, from engineering to health care workers, forcing hundreds of thousands of families into unemployment and low-paying jobs. ( Jerry Costello )

The question is So How to get a job in Pakistan?

Answer> Well you Just have to find a strong reference who will give you startup push and than hip hip hurray!
